Welcome back to school.  I trust that you have enjoyed the summer as much as possible and that you are changed, challenged and charged for the new year.  During the sensational summer days, I had the opportunity to reflect on WHY I take part in the mission that is before me each day.  I immediately understood that there is always a big picture.  Something bigger than me; something bigger than what I could think of; a cause that needs a champion.  My compelling WHY is rather simple, I have a mission to educate, motivate and inspire our youth to create a future for themselves, while changing the future for the next generation.  I am compelled to provide our young people with the tools and skills that give them viable options and opportunities to move from out of poverty into prosperity.  As I delve deeper into this transformative work, I can certainly use your help.  Collectively we can get the job done!
